“I have taken yoga classes for many years in quite a few different studios and always enjoyed the exercise and health benefits. But there came a time when I felt something was missing, and that’s when my wife suggested I try working with Mark. His approach goes far beyond treating yoga as simply an exercise class. He finds ways to integrate intellectual and spiritual aspects into our sessions with an ultimate goal of making yoga practice a part of daily life. That has completely changed my idea of what yoga can be.”

“Since beginning my work with Mark, my life has transformed in the most amazing ways. I am able to advocate for myself with confidence and grace. I am able to set boundaries and clearly ask for what I want. I am able to speak and sing in front of large groups and enjoy the experience because of what I have learned. I am now living my best life and coaching others to do the same.”
